I purchased your product to try on some of the hardest coats you would ever

imagine. I am with Bratpack Bichone and Small Breed Rescue in central

Florida. Your representative was at the Cocoa Beach Grooming Expo and was

very knowledgable and interested in my quest to find a product that would

help me with the tasks I face at times. I purchased a number of conditioners

and deep cleaning shampoo and the dematting products you have. I must say

they are the best I have ever used. You see an instant difference in the

quality of these furkids coats and by the time they are adopted you would

not even know the before and after pictures were the same doggies. I am also

a groomer on my own and would highly recommend your products to everyone.

I tried them on schnauzers, Bichons, poodles from toy to standards, shih tzu

and lhasa and they prove to be of the highest quality. Thank you!

You don't necessarily have to call me back. I shouldn't have called you on a Saturday but I was so excited I didn't want to wait until Monday.

I just, from the time I saw you, got around to grooming MY dogs and Adam, my Keeshond, looks so beautiful with the new products that he looks fake. I used 3 shampoos and 3 conditioners on him just for once just to experiment and I have never seen him so good and so beautiful. He could be in show right now. It's so funny even my husband said it he's so soft and so white and clean. It's amazing. I just wanted you to know. The products I used were the Purifying, Cristal Clean and Green Apple Shampoos and the Green Apple and PEK Conditioners combined with the Sil Plus.

I love the new products. Your products are easier on the dogs. I don't have to pull matts, they come right off, it's easier on the groomer as well. I now know for sure that good products are as important as the skills of the groomer.

Because I am a first time user of your products I of course was particularly skeptical of the high expectations for these products. But, low and behold I have found that "miracle" treatment for my Blue Great Dane. Now after all the time I have been complaining about that blue coat being DULL and GRAY, I can now say she is STEEL BLUE, and as shiny as if she were still WET! Unbelievable! She had been on the greatest foods and still nothing. All it took was the Lemon Shampoo, puppy dont cry bar, and Lemon Balsam. She looks and feels amazing!! She smells fresh and clean. I didnt need colognes, and it wasnt an obnoxious fragrant smell, just honest to goodness clean and fresh!

Along comes my Brindle dane whom I just wanted to intensify the magnificent coat she already posesses. I mean what can you really do for a coat that already seems to be perfection? I used the Lemon Shampoo on her, along with the proper reinforce, and Lemon Balsam. So how does it look now? Not only does she cause a stir because of her size now, people are amazed that she looks just like a Tiger, only with super shiny highlights! Amazing. PS. These wonderful people actually stopped by my place of business because I inquired about a catalog. What great customer service, something that is a lost art in this day and age!

Testimonials : Giant Schnauzer

I am sending you pictures of the giant schnauzer I did today. Taylor is a perfect example of a filthy, dirty, matted dog, coat reclamation. Notice the twigs stuck into the coat on the hindquarters and beard. The first bath , I couldn’t even work the shampoo into the coat. I used ISB's Vanesia Seaweed Shampoo for the first and second bath, then Banana Shampoo, then the balsam mix contained Banana Conditioner, PH Balance, PEK foam, Sil Plus, and K101. I let it soak for about ten minutes. After the final rinse, I simply put her on some fluffy towels and cage dried her. She still looked all matted and dull, but when I started to brush, it was like a magic wand! The tangles just disappeared. What a treat she was to groom. Sometimes the dog turns out so beautiful, even I am surprised! (See Photo Gallery for "before" and "after" pictures.)

Testimonials : Dematting

I came to your seminar in Sunset Beach mainly at the behest of my best groomer. I was quite skeptical about claims during the presentation that a severely matted dog could be dematted with some of the products described and need not be shaved. But I must eat crow, we have now tried the products, especially the K101 which we left on for over 2 hours on a Pomeranian which had not been professionally groomed for a year and whose coat was felted to the skin, and IT WORKED ! And the coat looked beautiful !
